Medical Notes

Hobo is currently located at the Rossmore Vet Centre.

Hobo is a stunningly beautiful little boy who lived alone on the streets of Campbelltown for around a year before we finally managed to get close enough to rescue him.

For 12 months he would not come to anyone, despite many people feeding him and wanting to help him. We don’t know his history at all.

He finally surrendered to the summer heat, and perhaps his loneliness, and came to a woman who worked in the building he sheltered near.

He is being temporarily housed at a vet centre where he was taken after his rescue. According to the vet he is a Tibetan Spaniel cross – whatever he is, he is gorgeous. He has been vet checked, micro-chipped and de-sexed and is seeking a loving forever home.

Since his rescue he has never once shown any aggression, despite being very afraid, has come to love being cradled in the vet nurses’ arms and has shown only happy interest in nearby dogs.

Hobo was initially adopted but due to his seperation anxiety, he was returned. After so much time unloved and alone on the streets, Hobo craves love and affection.

It is obvious he needs some constant and tender loving care to regain his confidence, but he will certainly be the most affectionate and loving little dog for the lucky and passionate dog-lover willing to give him the time and attention he needs.
